The Council will review and vote on the approval of meeting minutes.
The consent agenda is a list of documents signed by the Council as required. The Council approves the consent agenda at each Council meeting.
The Town Council will be requested to accept a donation of $5,000.00 from the AMVETS, NH Post 2 for the Summer Youth Program.
The Town Council will be requested to accept a donation of $500.00 from the Contractors Association for use by the Human Services Department.
The Town Council will be requested to accept a donation of $3,250.00 in Dunkin Donuts Gift cards for the Municipal Services Department Winter Weather Operations.
The Town Council will be requested to accept a donation of $1,000.00 from the Sydney and Deanna Wolk Charitable Foundation for the Old Town Hall Project.
The Town Council will receive information and review the results of a safety analysis following input from a public hearing held on October 16th relative to the Ermer Road/Route 111 intersection. The Town’s consultant, VHB, will attend this meeting and make a presentation to the Council.
The Finance Department will review information prepared by the Municipal Building Advisory Committee (MBAC) Finance Subgroup regarding funding options for the police station project.
The Municipal Services Department will provide the Council with an update and possible adoption of the proposed 2024-2028 road program.
The Municipal Services Department will provide the Council with a final update of the Depot Project.
The Council will review municipal codes for review and possible amendment and update to reference to Town Council from Board of Selectmen, as well as updates on possible language to reflect current law. In accordance with the Charter, this will be the first review with a public hearing scheduled at a later date. The codes to be reviewed are: Chapter 29 – Election, Chapter 143 – Board of Selectmen, Chapter 156 – Town Meetings, Chapter 185 – Ambulance Services Billing and Collections, Chapter 219 – Cable Television.
The Council will continue to review and update Town policies. The policies to be considered by the Council are the Fraud Policy, Tax Compliance Policy, Water & Sewer Capital Reserve Policy, and Delegation of Deposit Authority Policy.
The Assistant Town Manager will review a proposed amendment to the cell tower lease agreement with T-Mobile.
